Buttermilk Pancakes
Thick, plain, reliable. Makes about eight.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Method
Whisk the dry ingredients. Whisk the wet separately, then fold together until just combined — lumps are fine. Cook on a medium griddle until bubbles form, flip, and finish. Serve plainly.
